Hennessy Timber Group Garden Shed Policy
(To be read and understood by the customer)
- Site must be prepared and levelled by the customer.
- Shed will only be placed on level site, i.e. concrete base or blocks etc.
- Concrete Blocks will be charged @ €2.00 ea.
- A pre-determined location must be decided upon by the customer and clearly marked out before
installation. - We do not recommend moving shed once in position.
Shed Preparation:
All sheds require a solid base. To ensure this, the area in question should be levelled according to the size of the shed. To support the base of the shed we propose that 10cm blocks be used and these are to be supplied by the customer. A garden shed measuring over 10sq requires a concrete base. This base should be approximately 10 – 15cms in thickness and slightly larger than the total shed base area.

- All sheds are P.V.C lined and fully pressure treated
- Important: Fifteen minutes is allocated for the manual handling of the shed to its pre-determined
construction site. This is more than adequate time for this endeavour. Any extra time taken will
be charged at a rate of €40.00 per hour.
